SERVICES OFFERED

  1 on 1 Personal Training – A great service for everyone; from those that are first getting started with fitness training and need more personalized attention and it is also a great service that is available for individuals that have already obtained a high level of physical fitness and want to push themselves even further.

  Partner/Group Personal Training – For those interested in training with a partner or a group; by training with a small group of friends or family members you will naturally work hard keep each other focused in order for you all to succeed. Not only that, group training is more affordable and more fun!

  Online Training – Some people just don’t have the time to commit a one-on-one or group training session or they live too far away to train at RESULTS each week. Online training is a great way around these obstacles. Online training programs vary depending on goals and needs.

  Nutritional Recommendations – At RESULTS we can make nutritional recommendations to increase your understanding of how food affects your body, and outline specific strategies to help you reach your goals whether it’s increasing your well-being, weight loss, or gaining new muscle.

  Sport Specific Training – Sports specific training is for athletes who want to focus their training for a specific sport. Sports training can be done one-on-one, with a group, or can be prescribed through online training.

  Bodybuilding/Figure Training - Specific training is for those who want to prepare to compete in bodybuilding or figure competitions; it focus's on understanding and overcoming the strategies of building and retaining muscle while reaching a high level of conditioning and dieting for maximum leanness.


GYM HOURS

Results gym is open by appointment only as it is a personal training gym. Only clients have access to the gym. The gym is open 24 hours to clients.

Clients get a key and can use the facility in their off time, any time!



MEMBERSHIP FEES

As of now, there are no joining fees. No hidden anything. Randy at Results believe in keeping business practices 'old school'!

Members just need to be clients. That's all.

There is a small monthly fee for clients. Contact Randy to enquire about fees today!
