Stolen form Nicole, Bodybuilding.com

Batter:
3 egg whites
Stevia (or Splenda)
Cinnamon
Splash of Almond Milk

Bread: Chompies Carbs....NOT! Bread (you can get it online, but I got mine at Sprouts Market) 2 pieces

Filling: Laughing Cow Light Cheese wedge, Walden Farms Raspberry Spread

Wisk batter ingreadients together. Soak bread in batter and cook in a hot skillet sprayed with Pam. Once cooked, spread the cheese wedge and raspberry jam on on piece, place the other piece on top. Top with Walden Farms Pancake syrup and go to town!
