Good morning Powerlifters,

 

We have just added a meet in Derry NH for August 27th, 2010.  This meet will surely sell out and entry forms will be on line beginning Tuesday morning.  The meet will be the New England Push Pull Championships featuring Bench Press, Deadlift and Strict Curl.  The venue will be the Workout Club in Derry, NH.  We are setting up a meet hotel and restaurant for lifters who are traveling to the meet. Full details will follow in another email next week.  We would like to thank PETER and NONA HUBBARD for facilitating this meet!

 

The American Challenge on June 12th in Burlington, VT has room for more entries.  We will accept teams of 10 lifters and waive the late fees for the team and each individual lifter.  Any lifter is welvome to compete at this multi location True National championship.

The Derry NH meet that we emailed to you this morning, is not on Friday August 27th.  It is actually on Sunday August 29th.

 

We would like to thank Laura Delay for catching the error.

 

We would also like to ask Peter Hubbard who helped organize this if he is using a 2010 calendar!  

 

Sorry for the confusion.  Fortunately it was caught very quickly!

The meet applications for the August 29th New England Push Pull and Strict Curl Championships have been posted on vermontpowerlifting.com!  This meet is sure sell out to the first 40 applicants only.  After that a waiting list will be created.  We hear from Peter and Nona Hubbard of the Workout Club that this meet will sell out before the entry deadline.  Please be sure to get you applications mailed out as soon as possible to assure yourself a place a this meet.

We look forward to seeing many of you in Derry NH at the Workout Club!  This is our only meet for 2010 that is this close to Boston and Portsmouth NH!
