Hello Randy! hey everybody!
Yes...found my way over here from WOTW.

Bodybuilder...powerlifter and back to bodybuilder again!
Was just at the NGA Open with Joel.......WOW...he is amazing.

SO...I'm tired of taking every place EXCEPT first.
Doing one more show in November......

HELP!!!!!!!!!!

By the way......My name is Frank....but ya'll know me as "MrBeefy"!!!!!

So...I found out where everybody is hiding out! LOL!

Probably a good thing...time for a change-up!

Gonna take a small break and get right into prep for the NABBA Nat's in November!

Think I'll go back to how I prepped for it back in 06.
