The BEEF MEISTER is Coming!

« on: July 25, 2010, 06:32:51 PM »

Hey Everybody....
General Training question regarding Max OT:

What is ya'lls opinion on Max OT 5 days a week, vs 3 days per week? (ie: M/W/F).

My wife trains M/W/F and its just more convenient to train those days and do Max OT Cardio T/Th/Sat.

Thoughts? BTW...this is for contest pREP nOV 13, 2010.

Thanks!

I think they both have there benifits as well as drawbacks

3 Days per week = More recovery time between workouts, but less focus on each muscle group.

5 Days per week = More focus on each muscle group, but less recovery days. Also 4-5 days per gives you a chiance to ignite metabolism more often

I think that if she is going to feel better about doing the 3 day, than that is what seh should do. This will keep her hungry.. You cant do something thats just not feasible in the long run..
