Rules for Competition (subject to change)

Sign up is (Date decided above). You must complete your program 12 weeks from your start date. You must train with Randy a minimum of once per week. The ONLY exception to this is if you are away on vacation for the entire week.

There will be a check point at 6 weeks into the challenge. This will give each competitor an opportunity to improve on their weak points over the next 6 weeks.

There will be a sign up fee for this contest; the fee will be determined by the last Challenge winner,............ All of the money accumulated will go to the winner of this contest. Winner takes all of the cash plus a 3 free training sessions with Randy. The more people that sign up, the larger the cash prize will be.

You must take your “before” photographs with Randy at RESULTS Personal training no later than one week after the start date of your program, and your “after” photographs no later than the conclusion date of your program. Please see attached helpful tips for winning photographs.

Along with your “before” photographs you must turn in 3-5 goals you wish to achieve during your 12 week challenge. Please put your goals in order of priority.
You must, also, keep your RESULTS Personal Training cardio log current as well as keep a detailed log of your diet and LOG it on ResultsPT.proboards DAILY! This is a REQUIREMENT. The diet log should include calories, carb’s, fat, and protein intake for each meal as well as totals for the day. This, too, will be considered in the final judging. I cant even begin to tell you how much this will count and how important it is.

In addition to your “after” photographs and your diet log, you must write an essay about your 12 week experience. This essay can be as long or as short as you like. Keep in mind, this essay will count for a small of your total score. This also MUST be turned in no later than the conclusion date of your program.

I (Randy) WILL be judging you. You will also be judged by unbiased parties. You will be judged on your progress as a whole, physically as well as mentally.
Work hard and stay focused and reap the rewards.

Unfortunately, there can be only one prize winner.
Anyone who puts there heart and soul into this for 12 weeks will come out a winner!!

Helpful Tips for Winning Photos


Clothing
• Wear the same type of clothing in the "before" and "after" photos
• Male: Form-fitting shorts are preferred
• Female: 2-piece bathing suit is preferred or sports bra and shorts
• Remember that if you are covering up parts of your body it will be difficult to show your progress
• Do not cover your legs with long shorts
Photographs
The following photographs will be taken at RESULTS Personal Training
• Front/Back/Side: Stand with your arms at your sides in the photos, no posing.
• Creative Pose: You may also do any creative pose(s) that enhance your physique (These ar BEST!)
• Head Shot: Displayed with your stats sheet at RESULT Personal Training
